When the fault is from Lylees Apparel, we will take full responsibility. Kindly note that on the account that your order did not fit as a result of choosing the wrong size or style, you will be solely responsible for the cost.
Custom-made and sales items are final sales and cannot be returned, or exchanged.
Return or exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

Ready To Wear (RTW)
Items listed as PRE-ORDER begin processing at the confirmation of payment. Kindly confirm the Processing times for pre-order items before making payment.
Custom made / Bespoke services.
The Processing time for Custom-made may take a long-term than RTW, kindly confirm the Processing times before payment.
Consultation
Consultations may be conducted in person or virtually. Consultation may come at a cost where necessary.
Shipping
- Shipping fees may vary depending on the items and location.
- Clients are responsible for the cost of exchanges and returns.
- Orders can ONLY be canceled before production.
- Lylees Apparel does not provide return labels.
